SELMOT – Delivery Information

At SELMOT, we believe every jewelry piece deserves to arrive safely, beautifully packaged, and right on time. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery process.

🚚 Delivery Options & Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight:

  • Standard Delivery: ~4 working days

  • Express Delivery: ~3 working days

  • Priority Delivery: ~2 working days

Note: Some remote or non-mainland areas may have limited delivery options.

📦 Shipping & Order Weight

Orders up to 25kg

  • Delivered via trusted couriers

  • Secure packaging to protect your jewelry

  • Optional delivery date selection at checkout

Orders over 25kg

  • Delivered by courier or pallet service (bulk orders)

  • Requires unloading space

  • Scheduled delivery may be arranged

📅 Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery Days: Monday–Friday

  • No Deliveries: Weekends & public holidays

Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders placed before 1 PM are shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 1 PM ship the next business day.

⚠️ Important Information

  • Remote Areas: May include additional delivery fees.

  • Missed Deliveries: Redelivery charges may apply.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you quickly.

📦 Track Your Order

Once your product is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details, so you can follow your SELMOT package all the way to your door.
